i have the same routine everyday.....and sometimes my hair is nice and smooth and very manageable. and sometimes its hard and stiff and stubborn and damaged, etc.

yeah...definately change your products from time to time. also get your hair trimmed regularly. and no...don't shampoo everyday. it is bad for your hair. you may also want to try a deep conditioner. garnier fructis makes a good one as well as aussie. pantene restoratives is good too. good luck!

you need to change things up. my stylist recommends i use change hair products every 3 months. this includes shampoo, conditioner, styling products, etc.
plus stop shampooing your hair everyday. it takes the essential oils out of your hair!

I think it's due to the weather. I always change up my hair products also. It seems to work well, each hair product is different. Another thing I do on a bad hair day is rub lotion on my hands and lightly rub them through my hair. It helps fly aways and makes your hair look shiney.

even you don't use conditioner,mask or hair spray to make it smooth, or you wash it to often, you shouldn't wash it every day if you have dry, damage hair. try kerastase ultra-shine top coat hairspray from l'oreal I love it...
