Use a nice brand of shampoo and conditioner that is specifically for dry and damaged hair. Dove Advanced Hair care makes a kind that is extra moistruzing that I would reccomend, or else you can get a salon brand like biolage which does a nice job as well. Use a deep conditioning leave in treatment once a week as well and that should help.

Try moisture shampoo. If conditioner isn't too heavy for your hair, pick some of that up too.

use a deep moisturizing conditioner to lay down the cuticle..Neutrogena makes a great hair mask and shampoo and conditioner line its called Triple Moisture and it smells wonderful!..it could also depend on your hair type..curly haired people tend to get frizzy hair because the cuticle is open a little more..hope this helps!

If your hair is damaged you need to first get a good hair trim at the salon. If your hair is dry you need to use a good Shampoo and Conditioner and leave the conditioner in your hair for about 5 mins. (I use Aveda Brilliant Shampoo and Conditioner which is plant and flower based). Once a week I use Aveda Intensive Damage Restructuring Treatment and leave it in my hair for 20 mins. For the blowdryer I first apply CHI Silk Infusion (a dime size amount non-greasy) and rub it throughout my hair evenly. I then blowdry. If you use a curling iron or flat iron, I suggest you use a heat protectant like Aveda Briliant Damage Control or Motions Heat Protector (yellow bottle). Both are light, non-greasy, and won't weigh your hair down. If you are not blowdrying your hair or applying any heat, I suggest your try Farouk BioSilk Silk Therapy, like the CHI Silk Infusion, you just apply a dime size amount and rub it throughout your hair evenly and it leaves your hair smelling really nice and it has healthy things in there for your hair. If you use gel or mousse, try something alcohol free like John Freida (step 4). Good luck!

Kerastase are the best products I know of for hair, only available from a salon. They are pricey though. Consult a hairdresser for the right shampoo %26amp; conditioner for your hair type. You'll notice a huge difference in just a few washes.
