I have really thick curly dry and frizzy hair. I've tried all straightening products, none of them worked. Only rebonding helps, but it will damage my hair sooner or later. I'm an asian with black hair. Before i rebonded my hair, my hair was like a native afican. It frizzies out so horribly that i look as i just burnt my whole head. Anyone has any solutions to this horrible looking hair?

After you curl your hair, spray some conditioner in your hair while its still wet. Then blow dry on low. After your done, try using a straightener to take those curls down. If you don't have one, then use a round brush to brush underneath while drying hair. for better results, use shampoo followed by conditioner.

idk if this will work for you but my sister has curly/frizzy/long hair. and when i do it for her (make sure its right after you get a shower and your hair is wet) i put gel, blow dry while scrunching with my hand, hair spray, and then add a few spiral curls on top with a curling iron. it's beautiful!

Just go with it... if that is the way your hair is, don't try to do anytihng to go against nature, or you will just damage it. My secret to MY curly frizzy hair is CONDITIONER!!! Conditioner in the shower, and conditioner after the shower... and I don't rinse it out. Conditioner is waaay better than most hair moisteners and gels, but it's also nice sometimes to mix conditioner with gel or mousse.

You should also try to deep condition your hair as often as possible, like once a week. I like to mix together this conditioner called "Cholesterol" that comes in this large tub, olive oil, and other greasy hair moisturizers like Lusters Pink oil moisturizer. What you do, is you mix all these things together, (like, I lot of it) make about one cup of all this crap. If you can find a way to heat any of these ingredients up a little, that's good, too. I can't becaues i don't have a microwave.

Apply this crap to your hair after you've gotten out of the shower. Your hair should be completely saturated and greasy and messy and wet. Put a shower cap on... one of the plastic ones. This will keep moisture in. Keep it on there as long as possible. An hour, two hours... pick a day where you're just at home chillin'.

Another thing... stop using shampoo! Women with curly hair do NOT need to wash their hair using shampoo. Shampoo should only be used once a week, once a month, or never.
