Hi.I had a very dry and brittle hair. Daily i am loosing lots of hair.?

What type of Conditioner is good for my hair.



I want my hair to be silky. its very dry. Do i have to change my diet.



I am afraid that i will get bald head soon

Its normal for people to lose thousands of hair a day. I reccomend doing hair masks twice a week. You can buy them at department stores.

Try applying coconut milk to your hair on a weekly basis. It is said that pure coconut milk helps to thicken hair naturally, although it may take some time b4 u actually get to see the results.
