Seven year old African American girl with very dry skin and hair. Please help!?

My little neighbor is developing dry white patches in her face. Her hair is also starting to get light at the ends and looks dry and unhealthy.

Do you know any over the counter products she can use?

Any home made products?

what one puts inside their body will have alot to do with this also.

i'm unsure of topical products that are successful.

dry white patches could be a prelude to a health issue by the way... sometime have her see a doc.. get a blood panel see what's up with that.
