Does anybody have any homemade remedies for dry hair and teenage hormonal skin problems?

Here's a site you can go to that might have some answers for you.

The site is for teens, and the questions they have about health, sex and relationships.

In the Search box, type in "skin problem" or something along that line and hopefully you'll get some useful information:

try to google it. i've found a ton of homemade facial masks on there...

the one that keeps my skin clear its:

honey, sea salt (just a pinch to exfoliate), baking soda, and milk. Mix it up and rub it in and your skin will be silky smooth :)

I don't have any for your hair, though

to prevent dry hair, take a table spoonfull of coconut oil and rub it deep %26amp; vigouresly into your scalp. this u should do at night before going to bed. in the morning wash off with a shampoo/conditioner. u will see the change.

for teenage hormonal skin problems, eat enough butter/ cottage cheese. once a week, make a mixture of yoghurt/ tumuric powder and apply on to your whole body %26amp; then after an hour, take a warm water shower. your skin will gleam !!

This works so well. You will need 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegatable oil, 1 egg yolk, and a shower cap.

1) Put oil in a small dish and microwave for five seconds. You want it warm, but not hot enough to cook the egg.

2) Add egg yolk to oil and whisk untill blended. Work the mixture into your hair.

3) Put on your cap. Leave the conditioner in for 20 minutes or so, then shampoo. Your hair is now fabulously luxurious!

You can use the egg white for a homemader mask. You will need 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon honey, 3 tablespoons powered milk, and 1 teaspoon liqiud glycerin(found at most drugstores).

1) In a small bowl, stir together egg white, honey, powered milk, and glycerin until blended.

2) Apply to face, avoiding eye area.

3) Keep on for 15 minutes.

4) Rinse off with warm water. Hope I could help!
