Hair dry from recent bleaching..?

i bleached my otherwise healthy hair about five times 6 weeks ago. now i covered the color and just want 'flowy' silky' how can i get it?

Hair dry from recent bleaching..?

Most likely you need a protein conditioning treatment. But first you need to have your stylist do an elasticity test to make sure you need protein, not moisture. Adding protein to hair when it' not necessary will cause serious brittleness and lead to breakage. It's an easy test that only requires your hair to be wet. Nothing that should cost any extra. You can opt for your stylist to do the treatment or ask her to recommend something you can do at home. If you did a tint-back (went back darker over the bleached hair) then you shouldve had a filler done first. If they didn't fill your hair most likely your dark hair will not be a pretty, natural color and will fade. Good Luck!!

Nice job, you've sucessfully stripped your hair down to straw! Hate to break it to you, but you'll just have to wait until it grows out.

First, why did you BLEACH it? Second, your hair won't nearly be as soft and silky as it was before you did anything harsh to it. Try to stay away from heat styling tools. They will break your hair since your hair is now damaged from the hairdye. If you want a quick fix, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, one avocado (peeled) and coconut milk into your hair. Let stand in their for as long as you can handle that! Atleast two hours you will see good results, wash out with a mild shampoo, but don't use too much, and condition as usual. You're hair should feel great, but after this hair coloring that you did, it will take a while to get back to the healthy hair you once had! Good luck!

Ok this is wht we call a hammam in the middle east, you went your hair wash it with yr shampoo then put huge dollops of conditioner on yous hair and close it up in a bath cap and sit under a steamer, fr half an hr, do this once every week you will recover yr silky hair in no time.

Try using a hot oil treatment on your hair!

Your hair sounds like it is damaged thats why it is so dry, you might have to cut off the dead dry ends, and regarding the achieveing of silky flowy locks you will no doubt need some intense conditioning, plus othe additional hair treatments, to bring your hair back to some normality, you proberly take a trip to the hair dressers to get more advice, until then keep using products that are specially for dry damaged hair, and always use a conditioner after shampooing, maybe even a hair mayonaise also. Good Luck.

my sister did the same thing, went from dark brunette to platinum blonde. she only washes her hair with shampoo once a week. the other days she puts Nexus Humectress conditioner in it, combs through with a wide tooth comb, then rinses and styles. once a week she puts either mayonaise or olive oil in her hair, wraps in plastic wrap and sleeps in it - rinse the next morning. her hair is beautiful and silky! good luck

Definitely not shampooing every day would help. Also, condition, condition, condition and then put in a leave-in conditioner!
