What are some good conditioners (natural, homemade and/or store bought) for dry curly stiffish hair?

I am an 18 year old caucasian female and my hair is dry naturally and also because i dye it. I would just like to repair it. In my spare time when i study for school i like to condition it with a shower cap and store bought conditioner. anyone know of anything that is good for it that are natural remedies, home made remedies or good store bought conditioners? I just want my hair to be shiny and move around when i move my head instead of being kind of stiffer.

start with oilling your hair and keep the oil on for 12 hours and then a good shower and towards the end of the bath soak your hair in 750ml of beer and keep for 10 min and wash off ,do this every sunday and in a month you should see a vast difference.

Wash your hair and mix about a cup of regular mayonnaise with maybe about 3-5 Tbsp. of honey and put it in your hair with a shower cap over it. After about 10-20 min. shampoo it out and style as you do regularly.
