DON'T use hair conditioner. yes, using hair conditioner can and will totally fry your hair. it works like a hot hair iron only liquid in form. just try shampooing your hair with herbal shampoo, i suggest ginseng, it can do wonders to your hair and it smells great!!! i've been using it since i started high school and my hair has never looked better. this is a promise. try it and good luck!!!

I switch between Pantene and Dove products. Pantene coats your hair with a light wax-like stuff. This seals in moisture but can weigh down hair. So I also use Dove. Dove is really light and my hair sucks up the stuff. The residue from the pantene remains in my hair so it's not frizzy but switching often keeps it light and bouncy.
