My hair is really dry rough and frizzy

and it gets into knots really easy and im getting a hair cut this week and i want it to be choppy

so any tips to make my hair better PLEASE HELP!!

first, buy a treatment for your hair it sounds like it has been damaged somehow i recomend the sunsilk hair mask for heat damaged hair.

If you want dead straight hair the GHD ( good hair day ) straightener is the best and to keep it form getting damaged use some sort of protecting serum so your hair dsnt burn.

i use to have that problem. i switched to infusium shampoo, conditioner, leave in treatment, then i style with biosilk! expensive but well worth it!

Get yourself a really good moisturizing shampoo and a really good moisturizing conditioner and a really good deep-conditioner.

Get yourself a leave-in conditioner.

You get what I'm saying? You can NEVER have too much moisture (especially not with hair you're describing).

If you intend to flat iron your hair (which I do every day and never have a concern with) use a spray (Tresemme has one) that'll protect your hair against heat. (You spray it on after using your leave-in things. If you spray it before hand, it'll just seal the hair shafts and the leave-in will be useless.)
