As anyone got any good homemade conditioner recipes to treat dull dry hair i av it trimmed reg- but

I like heated almond oil. I put it on while my hair is wet, wrap my hair in some plastic-wrap,do some work around the house, and then rinse it out.

Lemon juice in cold water for your final rinse will make it shine, also beer is supposed to be good for your hair too!

I've got very dry curly hair. Once a fortnight i cover it in mayonaise and wrap it in clingfilm overnight. It has to be full fat. The egg, vinegar and oil in it all make your hair really shine.

beer is great for shine, also make sure you're giving your hair enough oils - a hot olive oil treatment is great for this, but don't get the oil in the roots cos your hair will be greasy for ages. bananas mashed up are great to condition too but they're a nightmare to get out. if you're hair is dry it's hard to get shine - i find also that the shampoos for your colour of hair are great, i particularly like the Denise McAdam shampoos for brunettes. even just a cold rinse at the end of your hair washing can increase shine hugely. you'll find something that works!
