I have never permed my dry,frizzy,wavy hair. I need info on how to take care of my hair after I perm

I am mixed, half puerto-rican and half black, my hair is frizzy as well as wavy. I can never wear it out because if I do it turns into a puff after it dries! And then its all tangled up.I used to blow dry and straighten my hair but eventually it gets frizzy after 3days. With all this blow-drying and more heat my hair has split ends and its all damaged. Please help me!!!

Girl, seriously, you shouldn't perm your hair. Look, get out and go to a Sally Hansen store (really find one if you don't know where it is) and then go to that hair products isle and fill up your basket.

Get these:

1- a hair relaxer, something like John Frieda

2- an anti-frizz product

3- a tube or spray bottle of shine oil, like ahHOGEE gloss therapy or ion gloss polish

4- a jar of hair moisture cream, like l'oreal nature's therapy

5- a tube or bottle of mousse or cream styling product which is softer and better than gel

I promise you you won't need your hair permed. Firstly, perm will make your hair even dull-er and frizzier and it will look unhealtier, trust me.

Ok here's what you do:

Change your shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 months and buy something good, don't buy Pantene or some crap like Suave. Always use conditioner. Every week, once use #4 above, read instructions.

And after washing do not dry your hair with a drier. Use #1 or 2 first and then add on #3 and you can even add on #5. With or without #5, shape your hair by hands. Give your natural curls a boost by using these products and let it air dry.

Just for an idea of styling, use mousse thoroughly and twirl bunches of hair on your finger and use lowheat hair drier on it only for 30 seconds for each twirl.

After u perm it wash it out then dont dry it bye u some wrap lotion and brush your hair out then if u knoe how to wrap your hair then wrap it and take a net scrf and blow dry it while your hair is still wrap and when u unwrp your hair it should be nice and straight

well, first you should keep braids in it and grease it every other day.you should also wash your hairevrry two weeks.if you do that for about a month, your hair will grow.
